Job Description
We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our UK Sales Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).
Salary: £13.20 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours

The Ideal Candidate
- General administration skills
- Self-Motivated
- Work well within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast moving stressful environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel would be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Injecting partner leads on internal systems and email the relevant teams
- Listen to compliance calls across the sales floor and score weekly
- Request any hotels/vouchers requisition for sales via internal systems
- Order any stationery requests for surveyors
- Updating any ad hoc documentation required for the sales department
- Answer the orders helpline and re-directing the calls appropriately
- Carry out TPS checks as required
- Check brochure letters – rectifying the address and ordering the letters
- Update the SOP documentation as required
