Production Supervisor (Backshift)
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Production Supervisor to join our Backshift team at our Factory located in Steeton, West Yorkshire.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Salary: £28,500 + (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and supervision across the back shift operation, motivating the team
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, health and safety requirements and operational performance are maintained
- Maintaining and improving housekeeping standards
- Completing daily and weekly reports

About the Production and Warehousing Department
Our production teams take pride in manufacturing our product to the highest possible standards using innovative manufacturing methods and managing the packaging and distribution of our product to customers globally. Roles within production include administration, production, warehousing, quality and inventory control and engineering. Positions range from operative to management levels, providing opportunities for individual progression.
