Production Supervisor (Returns)
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Returns Supervisor to become part of our team at our Factory located in Shipley, West Yorkshire.
Working Hours: 40 Hours shift rota - 7:00am - 3:30pm & 1:30pm - 10:00pm
Salary: £28,900 P/A

- Good Communication
- Warehouse experience (advantageous)
- Stock take experience (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Able to work on own initiative
- Must be a team player
- Have experience of health and safety procedures
- Have a good eye for detail and quality

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the production process
- Ensuring that products are produced on time and are of good quality by monitoring product standards
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Supervising and motivating a team of workers, performance, and identifying training needs
- Manage staff and absences accordingly
- Report weekly and daily, all production reports within your area.
- To attend Production/Communication meetings and any other meeting required

About the Production and Warehousing Department
Our production teams take pride in manufacturing our product to the highest possible standards using innovative manufacturing methods and managing the packaging and distribution of our product to customers globally. Roles within production include administration, production, warehousing, quality and inventory control and engineering. Positions range from operative to management levels, providing opportunities for individual progression.
