Sales Representative (Unsold)

Job Description

Are you a skilled sales professional with a passion for helping people?

Join our UK Sales team at Acorn’s head office in Steeton, West Yorkshire, as a Sales Representative in our "Unsold" team.

In this role, you’ll follow up with customers who didn’t purchase a stairlift during their initial survey, providing expert guidance and closing the sale.

Type of Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £27,456 P/A basic (£48,256 OTE)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays, 1 in 3 late shifts on a rota.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on Surveyor appointments  from day 1 to 28 with perspective customers to overcome objections and sell stairlifts.
  • Diarise potential customers so that they receive regular follow up calls relevant to their stage in their enquiry and build a pipe line.
  • Implement the Acorn Sales process in order to build rapport and gather information to help achieve a sale.
  • Accurately feedback lost sale information to help future improvements.
  • Selling the benefits of dealing with Acorn Stairlifts.
  • Represent the company with utmost professionalism, providing the customer with relevant and accurate information.
