Join the Acorn Stairlifts team in Steeton as our new Field Service Coordinator. We are looking for a proactive professional to drive the daily coordination of our field service team, ensuring seamless operations, high productivity, and exceptional service delivery.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week

The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a coordinator or administrative support role, preferably within a field-based or technical service environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly with record-keeping and data logging.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.
- Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Coordination & Support: Answer calls from Engineers to resolve any queries they may have, and provide regular feedback and updates to field staff.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Complete Field Staff performance reports (such as tracking jobs per day to monitor progress) and highlight any issues to the Team Leader.
- Administrative Duties: Complete updates via email with minimal assistance, complete banking reports (providing feedback to Engineers if there are any issues), and maintain accurate records of all field activities.
- Operational Tasks: Chase outstanding returns and act as a primary point of contact for routing customer issues or complaints from the field.
- Resource Planning & Training: Assign engineer training, coordinate staff rotas (including holiday scheduling), and ensure adequate cover is maintained at all times to meet service levels.
Salary Package
£13.00 P/H ( + up to £2400 per year in KPI related incentives)
