Factory Administrator
Job Description
We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our dynamic Production team at our Head office based in Steeton, West Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is looking to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Be able to confidently and calmly communicate at all levels
- Analytical and Problem Solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal staff requests and track stock orders from start to finish.
- Create delivery notes and monitor shipments to ensure they arrive on time.
- Act as the main contact between departments and suppliers to check deadlines and fix order issues.
- Handle the booking-in process for all deliveries arriving at the factory.
- Manage phone calls and emails from delivery companies and internal teams.
- Support the shipping department with filing, scanning, and general office tasks.

About the Production and Warehousing Department
Our production teams take pride in manufacturing our product to the highest possible standards using innovative manufacturing methods and managing the packaging and distribution of our product to customers globally. Roles within production include administration, production, warehousing, quality and inventory control and engineering. Positions range from operative to management levels, providing opportunities for individual progression.
