Production - Picking
Job Description
We’re looking for a Production Operative to join our Picking Team at our Head Office in Steeton, West Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-focused, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Hourly Rate: £12.95 P/H

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential
- Problem solving skills
- Be able to work to an extremely high quality standard

Key Responsibilities
- Pick various stairlift components using a work sheet
- Bubble wrap and pack orders ensuring that they can be identified by the order number
- Working alone and in teams at busy times to ensure all orders are picked correctly and in line with department KPI’s
- Ensure all areas are kept clutter free and all shelving and parts are kept neat and tidy
- Be prepared to help out within other departments within the factory as and when required

About the Production and Warehousing Department
Our production teams take pride in manufacturing our product to the highest possible standards using innovative manufacturing methods and managing the packaging and distribution of our product to customers globally. Roles within production include administration, production, warehousing, quality and inventory control and engineering. Positions range from operative to management levels, providing opportunities for individual progression.
