Service Support Engineer

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Service Support Engineer to join our UK Service Department, based in the Northampton/Coventry areas.

** MUST BE BASED IN THE NN OR CV POSTCODE AREA **

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Salary: £12.25 P/H + £5 per job

The Ideal Candidate

  • A full clean driving licence
  • Must be honest, reliable, and have the ability to communicate on different levels
  • A Criminal Records Bureau check will be carried out on the successful candidate

Key Responsibilities

  • A high level of technical support to customers while working under minimal supervision.
  • Diagnosing, and providing hands on troubleshooting, service, and repairs to existing Acorn Stairlifts within the field.
  • To ensure work reports are completed as specified and returned back to the office within a timely manner.
  • Provide high levels of customer service - ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions, with the assistance of management.

About the Field Engineers Department

Our highly skilled team of Field Engineers install and maintain our stairlifts within customers’ homes. They are passionate about providing excellent service and building positive relationships with our customers. Our engineers work carefully, with great attention to detail, ensuring our products meet or exceed industry health and safety standards. Opportunities within field service include stairlift installation, servicing and general maintenance at regional and national level.
