Inventory Controller (Production)
Job Description
We are currently seeking a Production Inventory Controller to join our team at our factory in Shipley, West Yorkshire. In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock control, updating systems, and ensuring accurate inventory levels. Salary: £25,896 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Stock control and verification (shortages)
- Ensure internal system is updated appropriately when we do manual stock movements
- Assist with maintenance of stock levels and to ensure products meets our criteria (shortages, overstocks, barcodes, correct product at right location, etc)
- Assist Supervisor with stock maintenance and coordination (includes feedback/communication/monitoring re picked parts, discrepancies)
- Compile and record information/data using quality control check sheets, and communicating quickly any out of control processes
- Effectively communicate critical quality-related information across all levels of the organization, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and relevance.
- Be able to multitask and work under pressure as and when required
- Assisting supervisors with other task as and when required

About the Production and Warehousing Department
Our production teams take pride in manufacturing our product to the highest possible standards using innovative manufacturing methods and managing the packaging and distribution of our product to customers globally. Roles within production include administration, production, warehousing, quality and inventory control and engineering. Positions range from operative to management levels, providing opportunities for individual progression.
