Job Description
We are currently looking for a Field Installation and Service Engineer to join our UK Service Department covering the Northern Ireland area.
- Type of contract: Full Time, Permanent
- Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 OTE (to be discussed further at interview)
- Working days: Monday to Friday (1 in 3 weekends contractual)

The Ideal Candidate
- A full clean driving licence
- Mechanical or Installation background would be advantageous but not essential
- Must be honest, reliable, and have the ability to communicate on different levels
- A Criminal Records Bureau check will be carried out on the successful candidate
Key Responsibilities
- Install stairlifts in customer homes, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform on-site service, troubleshooting, and repairs for existing stairlifts in customers homes, diagnosing issues.
- Collect required materials and equipment from designated collection point.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to management for service improvement.
- Perform product updates and safety checks in compliance with company guidelines and safety standards.
- Maintain and manage inventory to ensure readiness for installations and repairs.
- Coordinate logistics for materials and equipment to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customer sites.
- Meet all assigned targets and deadlines efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Provide detailed reports of services performed and collaborate with management to address challenges or escalations.
Salary Package
£35K to £50K Per Annum OTE
