We're looking for a Cleaner/Facilities Assistant to join our team at our Head Office in Steeton, West Yorkshire. This is a hands-on role with a primary focus on cleaning, while also providing support across other areas including the Post Room, Administration, Reception, and Maintenance, as needed.

The Ideal Candidate
- Cleaning in an office environment (advantageous)
- Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi task
- Working to strict deadlines
- Good IT skills?
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Predominantly Housekeeping; assisting the housekeeping teams with general cleaning of the office environment
- Post room duties to include; delivering and collecting mail from around the office buildings, downloading mail files on the PC, printing, putting into envelopes and franking outbound mail
- Facilities Administration; ability to respond to email, raise orders and complete general administration tasks
- Reception; greeting visitors, answering and transferring incoming calls
- Be observant for H&S issues and ensure that they are rectified or made safe and reported to management
- Ensuring facilities issues are responded to within a timely manner.
- Be flexible in shift patterns to cover colleagues absence due to sickness or annual leave
- Any other duties as assigned by the facilities manager that relate to maintaining the facilities in a clean, functional and aesthetically pleasing state
Salary Package
Salary: £12.35 P/H
