We are looking for a proactive team-player, who possesses excellent planning skills and is able to work flexibly. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential for this role.

The Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers
- Confidence and adaptability to work across both factory and office environments
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
- Proven administrative skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Working interest in Health & Safety would be beneficial
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and managing emails.
- Take meeting minutes when required.
- Provide administrative support to the department, ensuring accurate documentation of accidents and incidents.
- Promote awareness and understanding of compliance-related matters across the organization.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to schedule training sessions and courses.
- Manage the ordering, administration, and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees.
- Address employee and manager queries related to company policies and procedures.
- Assist the Health & Safety Officer in carrying out daily tasks in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Carry out additional compliance-related duties or other responsibilities as needed by the business.
Salary Package
Salary: £12.60 P/H

About the Compliance Department
The Compliance department ensures that the company adheres to external legislation, regulatory requirements and our own internal controls and standards across all areas of the business. We provide assurance to the board of directors that the business is managing its risk, providing support and guidance to management and identifying opportunities to make improvements.
