ASA Sales Team Leader
Job Description
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Team Leader to join our ASA Sales team based at our headquarters in Steeton, West Yorkshire.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:30pm (40 hours)
Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities
- Motivating and inspiring team members by encouraging a positive and collaborative environment to achieve sales goals and targets, setting clear expectations.
- Evaluating team results and identifying areas of under-performance, acting to correct this.
- Providing guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Producing and presenting weekly KPI's to management, highlighting the strengths, weaknesses, training plans and expectations.
- Performing monthly reviews with each team member, assessing performance for the previous month and setting expectations for the next.
- Effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient workload distribution.
- Assisting with implementing team incentives to improve performance in key areas.
- Maintaining open and effective communication with team members, other departments, and management.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are upheld.
