Job Description
We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our dynamic Production team at our Head office based in Steeton, West Yorkshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is looking to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Salary - £26,000
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Be able to confidently and calmly communicate at all levels
- Analytical and Problem Solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing orders from internal departments
- Produce delivery notes and track information for shipments.
- Ordering stock when required
- Liaising with internal departments about orders and lead times
- Taking phone calls from suppliers, delivery companies and internal departments
- Manage the booking process for all incoming goods to the factory.
- Assist the shipping department as needed.
- Perform filing, photocopying, and manage general correspondence.

About the Production and Warehousing Department
Our production teams take pride in manufacturing our product to the highest possible standards using innovative manufacturing methods and managing the packaging and distribution of our product to customers globally. Roles within production include administration, production, warehousing, quality and inventory control and engineering. Positions range from operative to management levels, providing opportunities for individual progression.
