Production Operative
Job Description
We are looking for a dependable Production Operative (Paint Line) to become part of our team at our head office located in Steeton, West Yorkshire.
Assist in facilitating seamless production and aid in the effective functioning of the factory. If you are driven and attentive to detail, we would be eager to hear from you!
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm
Hourly Rate: £12.35 P/H

The Ideal Candidate
- Have experience in operating tools (Air Tools)
- Have worked in a similar environment
- Powder Coating or Spray Paint Experience an advantage
- Operating Machinery
- Must be a team player
- Have experience of health and safety procedures
- Have a good eye for detail and quality

Key Responsibilities
- Assembly of our products using a range of electrical and mechanical equipment also including hand tool work.
- Adhering to production/warehouse processes and company quality policies whilst adhering to health and safety procedures
- Ensure all areas are kept clutter free and all shelving and parts are kept neat and tidy
- Cooperate with team members and communicate effectively to achieve production targets and meet customer demands

About the Production and Warehousing Department
Our production teams take pride in manufacturing our product to the highest possible standards using innovative manufacturing methods and managing the packaging and distribution of our product to customers globally. Roles within production include administration, production, warehousing, quality and inventory control and engineering. Positions range from operative to management levels, providing opportunities for individual progression.
