Job Description

Working hours - 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday

The Ideal Candidate
Skills and Experience:
- Attention to detail
- Experience of mapping systems e.g. Google maps
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT skills
- Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities
- Booking Outstanding engineer requests within set KPI
- Booking urgent engineer requests
- Managing engineers diaries and daily workloads (reactive)
- Forward planning to ensure there is room for urgent jobs without having to cancel others. Including clearing dates for sickness and holiday
- Answering calls from engineers and internal departments
- Outbound calls to engineers and customers
- Part ordering / checking van stock levels
- Taking payments
- Assisting other departments when and where required
Salary Package
From £11.60 P/H increase to be reviewed after probation period passed + KPI related incentives

About the Customer Service Department
Our Customer Service department strives to make each, and every aspect of our customers’ experience a positive one, leaving lasting impressions on our customers by assisting them in the best ways possible. Opportunities within customer service include team leaders, customer service and customer relations administration, planning, installation coordinators and field service roles, including installation and maintenance engineers.
