Job Description
We are offering a Customer Service Apprenticeship at our Head Office in Steeton, West Yorkshire, where you can gain valuable experience while studying at college.
With this apprenticeship, you will develop essential skills, work alongside a supportive team, and contribute to delivering excellent customer service.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 5.00pm
Hourly Rate: £8.00 P/H
The Ideal Candidate
- Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Has good attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls regarding breakdowns & service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of Customer Service
- Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, allocating effectively for a Service Engineer to attend
- Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
- Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor
