Customer Relations - Acorn Club Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Acorn Club Customer Support Officer to join our Customer Relations team at our Head Office in Steeton, West Yorkshire.
Salary: £25,000 P/A
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm OR 9:00am - 5:30pm
The Ideal Candidate
- Polite telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Customer service experience
- Selling the benefits and features of a product or service
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with a varied level of Acorn Club queries, through the Acorn Club Contact Report.
- Responding to customer calls passed through from other departments requesting support with Acorn Club and related Acorn products.
- Corresponding by telephone, letter and email.
- Keeping regular contact with Acorn Club customers, and helping them navigate the system.
- Managing the Acorn Club non access report in order to identify customers who have not yet activated their accounts.
- Proactively contacting Acorn customers who have never logged into Acorn Club, selling the features and benefits.
- Acknowledge, log and resolve customer complaints received through Acorn Club contact within department KPIs.
- Any other reasonable request by management.
