Working Hours: Full Time or Part Time hours (must be across 5 days) to be discussed in interview
The Ideal Candidate
- Technical Abilities: Knowledge of upkeep or DIY projects such as plumbing, carpentry and painting.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety systems to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Player: Strong communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively with others.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with fundamental plumbing, electrical tasks, problem-solving, and a willingness to continue learning.
- Prior experience in maintenance.
- Direct experience and comprehension of safe work methods.
- Full UK Driving Licence
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Manage routine maintenance duties, conduct inspections, and execute preventive, urgent, and remedial repairs.
- Safety Advocate: Promote safety by adhering to workplace safety regulations and managing risks.
- Resource Management: Collaborate with other teams to efficiently oversee tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Quality & Documentation: Ensure processes are followed by monitoring quality, overseeing contractors, and assessing equipment breakdowns.

Our Facilities department cares about the environment that we provide for our staff.
