Administrator (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our Operations Admin Team in Steeton, West Yorkshire.

Salary: £11.60 P/H
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (25 hours), between the hours of 9am - 2pm

Must be able to display the Acorn Values

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Must have had previous experience working within an administration environment
  • Ability to work alone or as part of the team

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all Acorn UK and French Service Engineers/Installers wages and expenses
  • Book all UK and French Engineers/Installers travel and accommodation requirements
  • Book all travel into and out of the UK for all office and field staff
  • Arrange and process all petty cash requests
  • Assist with new starter induction process
  • Perform general administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the Service Department
  • Create work reports and letters for customers (as requested)
  • Supply all field and office staff with stationary
  • Supply and order all uniforms/company ID/required tools
  • Keep Logistics team up to date with all field staff holidays/sickness
  • Running of Acorn Achievers

Salary Package

Salary: £11.60 P/H
