Customer Service Advisor (French Speaking)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our French Operations Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).

*** MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH ***

Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Salary: £26,000 P/A

The Ideal Candidate

  • French Speaker (Essential)
  • Basic Computer skills including emails, word documents and spreadsheets
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering all external and inbound calls 
  • Resolving technical faults over the phone with minimal use of code booklets
  • Answering general company queries with minimal advice
  • Resolving minor complaints regarding company processes/policies independently
  • Adding clear notes to every customer account interacted with
  • Outbound courtesy calls made to customers and to book engineer visits
  • Completing updates via email with minimal assistance
  • Assisting engineers with onsite issues, stock management and general enquiries
