Route Planner
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Route Planner to join our expanding Customer Service Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).
Salary : £11.60 P/H increase to be reviewed after probation period passed + Up to £2400 per year in KPI related Incentives
Working hours - 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
The Ideal Candidate
- Attention to detail
- Experience of mapping systems e.g. Google maps
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT skills
- Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Booking Outstanding engineer requests within set KPI
- Booking urgent engineer requests
- Managing engineers diaries and daily workloads (reactive)
- Forward planning to ensure there is room for urgent jobs without having to cancel others. Including clearing dates for sickness and holiday
- Answering calls from engineers and internal departments
- Outbound calls to engineers and customers
- Part ordering / checking van stock levels
- Taking payments
- Assisting other departments when and where required
