Customer Relations Administrator
Job Description
We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our Customer Relations Team based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm / 9:00am - 5:30pm (Flexible start/end time)
Salary: £25,000 P/A
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to confidently and calmly communicate at all levels
- Analytical and Problem Solving skills
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively assist in responding to all Trustpilot and Google reviews and inviting new customers to review the business
- Referencing and logging letters to file
- Processing all cancellations and arranging refunds
- Raising refund requests and arranging the removal and refunding of stairlifts
- Taking inbound and outbound calls to the department as required
- Constructing appropriate response to customers in written form (post and emails)
- Dealing with refund queries advising customers appropriately
- Any other reasonable tasks as determined by the Customer Relations Manager
