Sales Advisor - Aftercare

Job Description

We are currently looking for Sales Advisors (x2) to join our UK Sales Aftercare (ASA) Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).

The purpose of this role is to sell Annual Service Agreements (ASAs) to customers who either have no cover or have purchased cover previously.

Salary: £12 P/H Basic (£40,000 - £43,000 realistic OTE)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, 1 in 6 Saturdays on a rota.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound calling customers who have either no cover in place after the expiry of their Manufacturers Guarantee OR to customers who have previously purchased extended cover for their Stairlift - the aim to renew their cover by selling an Annual Service Agreement (ASA).
  • Actively promote the advantages of having an ASA to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of an ASA and handle objections.
  • Dealing with inbound calls from customers, assisting them with their queries and renew/sell cover where applicable.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Ensuring customer records are maintained and correct.
  • Taking payments securely from customers and record ASA sales on the system.
  • Liaising with the customer service team when necessary and ensure that customers are dealt with efficiently.
  • Working with other members of the team in a positive and supportive manner.

Salary Package

Salary: £12 P/H Basic (£40,000 - £43,000 realistic OTE)
