Customer Service Coordinator (Evening)
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Evening Team in our expanding Customer Service Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).
Salary: £11.60 P/H (+up to £150 a month in KPI-related incentives)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 4pm - 10pm

The Ideal Candidate
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT skills
- Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous
- Ability to work on your own productively
Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls regarding breakdowns and service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of customer service
- Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, liaise with the booking team via a ticket system
- Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
- Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor
- Booking urgent works during out of office hours.
- Communicating with engineers and installers to assist with calls out of hours
- Data imputing across a number of reports used by senior management
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets and to be technically minded is a necessity
- Experiences with Minor Data analysis preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
