Business Relationship Manager

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Business Relationship Manager to join our award winning Export/Trade team based at our headquarters in Steeton, West Yorkshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of Acorn's new and existing Business-to-Business accounts. The role involves identifying new business opportunities and maintaining current relationships with dealers across the globe.

If you’re an ambitious and motivated person, who is fluent in a second European language and can communicate on all levels, we would love to hear from you!

Basic Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 (Achievable OTE £38,000)
Type of Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous work experience in a similar sales role
  • Fluent second European language (potential to any multilingual speaker)
  • Analytical skills
  • Organised with excellent time management skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to approach people at all levels
  • Target orientated
  • Good team player

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing dealer business accounts in Acorn's export team
  • Research and identify new business opportunities across the globe
  • Provide dealer quotes and negotiate pricing
  • Order processing – seeing through the order until the end
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints
  • Keeping up to date with global shipping regulations
  • Working to targets and in-house KPI's (NO HARD SELLING)
  • Working closely with all other departments

We are happy to accept applications from telesales advisors, call centre professionals, direct sales, in-bound sales, or customer service advisors who can demonstrate a good track record in sales.
