Customer Service Advisor
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).
The Purpose of the role is to handle telephone calls and written communications on behalf of the organisation to fulfil customer requirements including resolving minor technical faults and handling customer complaints.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
The Ideal Candidate
- Basic Computer skills including emails, word documents and spreadsheets
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls regarding breakdowns & service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of Customer Service
- Resolving technical faults over the phone with minimal use of code booklets
- Resolving minor complaints regarding company processes/policies independently
- Responding to written enquiries via web portal
- Taking payments
- Sell Annual Service Agreements to customers requiring an engineer to attend but have no cover
- Adding clear notes to every customer account interacted with.
Salary Package
£11.60 P/H increase to be reviewed after probation period passed (+ Up to £2400 per year in KPI related incentives)
