Customer Service Coordinator (French Speaking)
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our French Operations Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).
*** MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH ***
Working Hours - 8:00am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
The Ideal Candidate
- French Speaker (Essential)
- Basic Computer skills including emails, word documents and spreadsheets
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Answering all external and inbound calls
- Resolving technical faults over the phone with minimal use of code booklets
- Answering general company queries with minimal advice
- Resolving minor complaints regarding company processes/policies independently
- Adding clear notes to every customer account interacted with
- Outbound courtesy calls made to customers and to book engineer visits
- Completing updates via email with minimal assistance
- Assisting engineers with onsite issues, stock management and general enquiries
