Job Description
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our HR Department at our headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment team/processes ensuring that vacancies are filled in a timely manner and that the recruitment KPI's are met
- Manage internal customer relationships ensuring a full understanding of the requirements of Departmental managers
- Conduct performance and development reviews for your team, ensuring constructive feedback is given and clear objectives are set
- Monitor performance and attendance and implement appropriate training, coaching or disciplinary actions as appropriate to ensure a high performing team
- Maintain and update role profiles ensuring the role responsibilities, skills and competencies are in line with the business requirements
- Research job boards, social media and other media and resources for promoting vacancies in order to attract suitable candidates. Monitor levels and quality of response, minimising time to fill jobs and suggesting alternative approaches where vacancies remain unfilled
- Conduct selection interviews/events to ensure the most suitable candidates are selected based on the job requirements and provide coaching and support to recruiting managers and team leaders, to ensure that the recruitment process is compliant, professional and to assist them in making sound recruitment decisions
- Delivery of company induction on a rota basis as part of the wider HR team to ensure new recruits are welcomed and informed about the company
- Attend career fairs/exhibitions and promote positive business stories through a variety of mediums when appropriate (e.g. Glassdoor, Facebook, Careers website) to keep a high for Acorn and maximise employer reputation
- To co-deliver training programmes when needed with support from the HR team, specialising in recruitment and interviewing skills
Key Performance Indicators for this role are:
- All applicants are up to date on the database and reports can be run as and when required
- Applicants are well informed and therefore aware of the role they are applying for
- The correct calibre of candidates are being put forward
- All candidates that are successful on telephone interview are to an acceptable standard
Salary Package
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
