Job Description
We are currently looking for a Administrator to join our Operations Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent computer skills with good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Must have had previous experience working within an administration environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing all Acorn Service Engineers wages and expenses.
- Generating regular communication bulletins to send to Service Engineers to keep them informed of any changes.
- Scheduling Engineers training requirements.
- Creating and monitoring daily office reports.
- Performing general administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the Service Department.
- Produces reports for the National Sales Manager
- Management of the tracking system for the Service Engineers
- Processes all payment cheques from customers
- Preparation and collation for annual stock takes on the Service Engineers vans.
- Manages all servicing and van changes liaising with internal departments and garages
- Inputting Engineers work reports
