Job Description
We are currently looking for Enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our growing UK Extended Warranties Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (Saturdays on Rota)
Holiday entitlement:28 days per year (including bank holidays)
Must be able to display the Acorn Values

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous sales experience is essential, preferably in a similar environment.
- Must be self motivated and used to working to targets.
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to have understanding for our customers situations.
- Able to work as a key member in a busy sales team.
- Ability to quickly identify a decision making process.
- Target driven
- Self-motivated and confident
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calling customers who have recently had an Acorn Stairlift installed with the aim to purchase their cover by selling an Extended Warranty.
- Actively promote the advantages of having an EW to customers. Highlight the features and benefits of an EW and handle objections.
- To deal with inbound calls from customers, assist them with their queries and renew/sell cover where applicable.
- To record customer contact on the system to ensure customer records are maintained and correct.
- Take payments securely from customers and record EW sales on the system.
- To liaise with the customer service team when necessary and ensure that customers are dealt with efficiently.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and KPI’s.
- Use organisational skills to keep on top of data and prioritise workload.
Salary Package
£10.60 P/H + commission incentives (£35K - £37K OTE)
