Customer Service Installations Coordinator

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Installations Coordinator to join our expanding Installations Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm (negotiable)
Location: Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK)

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills
  • Previous experience working within a customer service / call centre environment would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning Engineers Routes through department KPI's and urgency of the jobs
  • Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, allocating effectively for a Service Engineer to attend
  • Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
  • Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor

Salary Package

Salary: £9.80 P/H increased to £9.90 P/H after probation period passed + Up to £2400 per year in KPI related Incentives
