French Installations Coordinator
Job Description
We are currently looking for a French Service Coordinator to join our European Installations team.
The purpose of the role is to ensure all orders are installed and all call outs are attended within the designated time frame.
- Working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per year
The Ideal Candidate
- Speaking and Written FRENCH is ESSENTIAL (Dutch speaking would be advantageous)
- Multitasking skills
- Analytical and Problem Solving skills
- Team working
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous
- Must be able to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations and deliver a high standard of customer service
- Make sure all planned jobs are confirmed
- Arranging installers’ accommodation
- Repair faults over the phone to prevent unnecessary call outs
- Develop a rapport with engineers, customers, and trade dealers
- Make sure all installation issues are dealt with and reported to the relevant line manager
Salary Package
£21,000-£23,000 Dependant on experience
