Partners Sales Agent

Qualifications:

The incumbent will possess or demonstrate an ability to acquire the following

  • Secondary school diploma or relevant experience

  • Knowledge of Google Chrome, Outlook, Excel and Windows

  • 1-3 years related experience in a sales environment

  • Proven excellent written, oral communication

Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Partner Agent is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing partners

  • Make accurate notes of all calls and activities, and update all partner contact information in a proprietary partner database

  • Preparation of marketing material to be sent out to partners on demand

  • Mail and deliver information packages to new and existing partners to generate leads

  • Develop in depth knowledge of Acorn’s products and services

  • Inform partners of new and existing products and services

  • Following-up with potential partners who expressed interest but have not yet joined the program

  • Communicating with existing partners to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs

  • Collaborating with management to ensure the company's goals and targets are met

  • Complete all call-backs as agreed to with cooperation partners

  • Achieve all duties as assigned

  • Other duties as required
