Customer Service Agent

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinators to join our expanding Customer Service Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).


The Ideal Candidate
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills
  • Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous

Key Skills
    • Answering calls regarding breakdowns & service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of Customer Service
    • Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, Liaise with the planning team via a ticket system
    • Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
    • Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor
