The Ideal Candidate
- Analytical skills
- Leadership skills
- IT skills
- Knowledge of geography
- EU language. French required , Dutch an advantage
- Ideally previous experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
- · All calls received are answered and dealt with and logged on Customer Records.
- · Communicate clearly and concisely to all Operations coordinators.
- · Ensure all outstanding installations and services are distributed evenly and economically between the Field staff
- · Make sure all planned installs are confirmed and within the lead time.
- · Make sure all replenishments are booked within an appropriate time frame and the shipping costs are reasonable.
- · Make sure all vans are stocked and special-order requests are dealt with.
- · Make sure all vans are audited and discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
- · Make sure all installation issues are dealt with and reported to the relevant line managers.
- · Deal with customer queries and complaints.
- · Make sure all weekly and monthly reports are completed by the designated deadlines.
- · Ensure all installation and service KPI’s are met.
Salary Package
£25,000-£27,000 Per Year (DOE)
