Consistent demonstration of ability to match customers’ needs
Intermediate computer proficiency
Qualifications:
The incumbent will possess or demonstrate an ability to acquire the following
Secondary school diploma or relevant experience
Knowledge of Google Chrome, Outlook, Excel and Windows
1-3 years related experience in a sales environment
Proven excellent written, oral communication

Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote and sell our Annual Service Agreements with our existing customers who have purchased and installed an Acorn Stairlift
Mail information packages to new and existing customers to generate sales
Promote the Customer Referral program with our existing customers by mail and outbound calling
Complete all Call-backs as agreed too with customers
Maintain notes of calls, activities and update our proprietary customer database
Update all Customer contact information notes in the in house system (AGS)
Follow all call quality guidelines as directed by management
Adhere to all Appointment booking guidelines as specified
Other duties as assigned/required
