  • Consistent demonstration of ability to match customers’ needs

  • Intermediate computer proficiency



The incumbent will possess or demonstrate an ability to acquire the following

  • Secondary school diploma or relevant experience

  • Knowledge of Google Chrome, Outlook, Excel and Windows

  • 1-3 years related experience in a sales environment

  • Proven excellent written, oral communication

Key Skills

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to promote and sell our Annual Service Agreements with our existing customers who have purchased and installed an Acorn Stairlift

    • Mail information packages to new and existing customers to generate sales

    • Promote the Customer Referral program with our existing customers by mail and outbound calling

    • Complete all Call-backs as agreed too with customers

    • Maintain notes of calls, activities and update our proprietary customer database

    • Update all Customer contact information notes in the in house system (AGS)

    • Follow all call quality guidelines as directed by management

    • Adhere to all Appointment booking guidelines as specified

    • Other duties as assigned/required
