Data Administrator
Job Description
This successful candidate will form part of the operations admin team and will report into service management.
The role:
- Accurate monitoring of the service engineers tracker data.
- Highlight and monitor idle time duration's.
- Review engineer lunch/breaks in-line with entitlement.
- Provide weekly reports based on idle time and fuel burn costs.
- Ensure OT is being worked as a requirement for the company demands.
The Ideal Candidate
- Would have a keen eye for detail
- Strong Administrative skills
- Good computor skills
Key Responsibilities
The purpose:
- Increase engineer efficiency through effective reporting.
- Accurate payment of wages based on Tracker data.
- Provide detailed insight into individual engineer workload.
Salary Package
Hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Reports to: Service Management
Salary: £7.85ph (£16,328) – After Probation: £8.05ph (£16,744)
