We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Department covering the HP Hemel Hempstead And Surrounding Areas.
· Type of contract: Full Time, Permanent
· Salary: Band c £28,985 – Band a £34,085 (Depending upon experience)
· Overtime available: Paid at Time/Half after 40hrs (all weekend work paid at Time/Half)
· Working days: Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 weekends
· Holiday entitlement: 32 days per year (including bank holidays)

·EAL Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Engineering And Maintenance
The successful candidate will have:
·Stairlift Experience is Desirable but not essential
·NVQ 2 In Stairlift Maintenance Desirable but not essential as we do offer this qualification.
·Mechanical/electrical background is required
·A full clean driving licence
·A Criminal Records Bureau check will be carried out on the successful candidate
·Must be honest, reliable, and have the ability to communicate on different levels

About the Field Engineers Department
Our highly skilled team of Field Engineers install and maintain our stairlifts within customers’ homes. They are passionate about providing excellent service and building positive relationships with our customers. Our engineers work carefully, with great attention to detail, ensuring our products meet or exceed industry health and safety standards. Opportunities within field service include stairlift installation, servicing and general maintenance at regional and national level.
