Job Description
We are currently looking for Enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our growing UK Extended Warranties Department based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK)

Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing customers regarding extended warranty and promote the advantages of such a service in an attempt to make a sale on every call
- To be point of contact for Inbound enquiries and if possible to convert into the sale of an extended warranty
- To accurately record the outcome of customer contacts on the system and correctly disposition the customer for later contacts
- To accurately take payments from customers for extended warranty and record the purchase on the system
- To achieve sales and service KPI’s
- To be responsible for driving your own personal development and communicating with your line manager to ensure you receive guidance and support
- To liaise when necessary with the service department
- To promote the company in the highest possible way by listening and helping with the customers’ needs
- To work always with the team results as the primary goal, working together and sharing work load where required
Salary Package
£7.95 Per Hour + Competitive Commision Structure (OTE £28-30K)
