Job Description
Acorn Stairlifts – World’s largest manufacturer and supplier of stairlifts
- Type of contract: Full Time (Maternity contract)
- Starting salary: £19,864 - 21,500 Per Year
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Holiday entitlement:28 days per year (including bank holidays)
We are currently looking for a Customer Relations Case Handler to join our growing UK Customer Relations team based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire).
The Ideal Candidate
- Polite telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Customer Service experience
- Managing a caseload of up to 20 complainants
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with a varied level of complaints in all company business areas
- Corresponding by telephone, letter and email
- Liaising with other departments and providing corrective feedback
- Keeping regular contact with assigned cases
- Working to department KPIs and targets
- Keeping computerized and paper records up to date
- Following internal processes
- Managing the Customer Relations inbox
- Processing order cancellations through an automated system
- Raising requests for all other payments and good will gestures
- Working closely with our Finance team to ensure refunds are processed efficiently
Salary Package
Starting salary: £19,864 - 21,500 Per Year Dependant on experience
