Due to recent growth we are currently looking for a Service Planning Advisor to join our Customer Service Department at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK)
The Ideal Candidate
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT skills
- Previous experience working within a customer service / call centre environment would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities
.The role consists of:
- Planning Engineers Routes through department KPI's and urgency of the jobs
- Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, allocating effectively for a Service Engineer to attend
- Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
- Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor
Salary Package
Type of Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Working hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9am-6pm
Salary: £8.25 P/H to £8.45 Dep upon experience + Up to £2400 per year in KPI related Incentives
Holiday entitlement: 28 days per year (including bank holidays) Raises with length of service
